Going Eco-friendly with Your Greens
Deciding to have a garden in your yard can be such a good thing as it can help beautify your lawn not to mention the fact that it can serve as a place for relaxation for you and your family. Making a garden doesn’t have to be expensive. There are some ways you can do to make your green project more eco-friendly than it already is.

First, look at the things inside your kitchen. You might not know it, but there are a lot of things in there that you can use for your garden. Egg cartons can be used as great seed trays for you to plant seeds. Just put small holes at the bottom and put soil in it and you already have a tray for your plant nursery. Clay pots are great for gardening but you can save some money by using old tin cans. By putting holes in them too, tin cans can also be inexpensive pots. You can also opt to be creative with them and design or color them with anything you can use such as old buttons, some fabrics, excess paints from your last painting job, and others.
You can also use dry leaves falling from the trees in your lawn as compost to have a natural fertilizer for your plants.
